Expressions of Interest – Future MFC Board, Committees and Working Groups

A key factor in the ongoing success of the MFC is to ensure it has the best possible people governing the Club.  The MFC Board has implemented the following process to help identify suitably qualified members to fill board, committee and working group vacancies as they arise.  This expression of interest process is separate to the director election process under the Club Constitution.

The MFC Board establishes Committees and Working Groups to assist the Board. The current Board Committees are:

- Audit, Risk and Integrity Committee
- Nominations and Remuneration Committee
- Investment Committee

The Board has delegated responsibility to the Nominations & Remuneration Committee to:

1. Monitor the skills and capability requirements for board, committees and working groups; and
2. Assess and recommend the suitability and skills of prospective board, committee and working group candidates where vacancies exist.

Expressions of Interest – Future MFC Board Director

MFC directors have many responsibilities in performing their role.  The key responsibilities are listed in the MFC Board Charter.

The MFC Board regularly assesses the needs of the Club, the required mix of skills and experience, and the values and behaviours expected of directors. Please refer to these requirements before considering whether to submit an expression of interest.

You can express interest by completing this form.

Expressions of interest will be considered by the MFC Nominations and Remuneration Committee.

Expressions of Interest – Committees and Working Groups

Board Directors sit on designated Board Committees and Working Groups.  From time to time Committees and Working Groups identify additional skill requirements.

If you believe you can make a contribution to a Committee or Working Group now or into the future, you can express your interest here.

Expressions of interest will be considered by the MFC Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
