DEFENDER-turned-forward Jared Rivers will face a fitness test in the lead-up to his 150th AFL match against Fremantle at Patersons Stadium this Saturday.

Rivers, who suffered a groin injury during Melbourne’s 69-point loss to Adelaide at the MCG on Sunday, has played every match this season. He also sported a nasty cut on the head against the Crows.

In better news, ruckman Mark Jamar played for Casey on the weekend - his first match since reinjuring his calf against Fremantle in round 16.

The big man had 38 hit outs and impressed in Casey’s win against Sandringham at Casey Fields on Saturday.

The Demons have 10 players sidelined, who won’t play again in 2012.

They are: Clint Bartram (knee), Jamie Bennell (knee), Mitch Clark (foot), Aaron Davey (foot), Max Gawn (knee), Stef Martin (foot), Cale Morton (shoulder), Ricky Petterd (Achilles), Rory Taggert (back) and Michael Evans (back).
