MELBOURNE Football Club has joined forces with Technology as a Subscription provider CSG in an AFLW first, 5 year partnership, that will see their logo present across the women’s media polo sleeve.

Believed to be the longest commitment to date by an AFLW club partner, CSG was drawn to the women’s team by the pioneering role Melbourne has played in the NAB AFLW competition.

CSG, which specialises in providing businesses across Australia innovative managed IT, cloud communications, display and print solutions, all delivered as a subscription, is led by Julie-Ann Kerin who is excited to be partnering with the women’s team as well as providing solutions that support the club’s off field technology needs.

“Supporting women is an important priority for CSG and as a female CEO I have been blown away by the determination, leadership and dedication these young women have shown on the football field”, said Kerin.

“CSG is delighted to be embarking on this journey with Melbourne Football Club over the next five years and to be providing technology that will assist the Club to analyse each game and help develop an edge over its competition.

“We look forward to a mutually rewarding and successful partnership, the CEO said.

With more than 30 years’ experience in the IT managed services and solutions sector, Melbourne Football Club CEO Peter Jackson believes CSG’s decision to support the club’s AFLW program was a vote of confidence for the women’s team and the wider NAB AFLW competition.

“From when we first commenced partnership discussions with CSG, we quickly understood the commitment Julie-Ann and her team had to the women’s program and their strong desire to support the club’s high performance needs.

“We’re excited to work alongside CSG to further grow and develop women’s football,” said Jackson.

CSG currently services and supports more than 30 000 customers across Australia and New Zealand in both the SME and Enterprise Segments.

The partnership also enables CSG to connect with the Club’s supporters and help them understand how the company can assist with their business technology needs.

Melbourne Football Club commence their NAB AFLW campaign against GWS at Casey Fields on Saturday 3 February.
