Not: Matthew Pavlich has averaged just 9.2 points this season - a drop of 26 per cent on last season. Tyson Goldsack was seventh at the Magpies for average points in the first eight rounds, but sits 20th in the last three rounds.

SYDNEY SWANS v RICHMOND

Hot: Josh Kennedy has been the Swans' highest-scoring player this season with 144.9 points, which ranks him 42nd in the competition. Tigers defender Troy Chaplin has averaged 13.7 points per game against the Swans - his best against any club.

Not: Adam Goodes has averaged just 8.8 points against Richmond – his worst against any club. Ivan Maric sits fourth overall at the Tigers but was the club's fourth-lowest scoring player last weekend. 

HAWTHORN v ESSENDON

Hot: Luke Hodge has been Hawthorn's top-scoring player in the past month with 17.7 points per game - ranked sixth in the competition. Cale Hooker was Essendon's top-scoring player last time the teams met with 18.3 points. 

Not: Luke Breust has averaged just 12.2 points this season - a drop of 21 per cent on last year. Dyson Heppell has averaged just 8.1 points against Hawthorn – his worst against any club.

BRISBANE LIONS v ADELAIDE

Hot: Stefan Martin has averaged 13.3 points this season - up 30 per cent on last season. Sam Jacobs has climbed the overall standings from 43rd to 15th this season, which is the biggest relative rise at the club. 

Not: Daniel Rich has averaged 6.8 points in his last three games – well down on the 15.3 points he averaged in his first eight games this year. David Mackay sits eighth overall at the Crows, but was the club's fifth lowest scoring player last weekend from 77 per cent game time. 

ST KILDA v WESTERN BULLDOGS

Hot: Leigh Montagna has climbed the overall standings from 82nd to 65th in the past month, which is the biggest relative rise at the Saints. Easton Wood has been the Bulldogs' highest-scoring player this season with 160.6 points and is ranked No.1 of all small-medium defenders. 

Not: Farren Ray sits seventh overall at the Saints, but was the club's fourth-lowest scoring player last weekend from 78 per cent game time. Nathan Hrovat has averaged just 6.9 points this season – a drop of 27 per cent on last year. 

CARLTON v GOLD COAST

Hot: Lachie Henderson has been Carlton's top-scoring player in the past month with 15.6 points per game - ranked ninth in the competition. Adam Saad has been Gold Coast's highest-scoring player this season with 124 points – the most of any 'Rising Star Award' eligible players. 

Not: Sam Docherty ranks last at the club for average points per game in the last three weeks. He has not hit double figures since round two. Charlie Dixon has kicked just one goal in his last two games, after averaging more than three per game in his first five matches this season.
