READ Like a Demon Ambassador, Colin Garland, has participated in an Education Department social networking site - SuperClubsPlus.

SuperClubsPlus
is basically a Facebook for children, and teaches them to interact online in a safe and positive way, while enabling students to create their own pages and visit groups and communities in which they are interested.

Colin was a part of the Hot Seat, which allows students and teachers to get online through their SuperClubsPlus page, and ask questions through online chat in real time.

Colin sent the site into meltdown and was the most popular guest to date, with the stats showing that students spent more time on the site, and asked more questions, than ever before.

Many interesting questions were asked by the primary school students, and Colin was able to respond and give them an insight into the life of a footballer.

The students were encouraged to visit the Read Like a Demon blog, and post a book review for the chance to win a Colin Garland signed guernsey.

All little Demons are welcome to enter this competition - just post a book review to win Col’s guernsey!
