Saraid Taylor graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts, the University of Melbourne, with a bachelor’s degree of Fine Arts (Screenwriting).
For six years, she was signed as a development player to the Jayco franchise in the WNBL. She became a cross-code athlete in 2022, accepting a contract with the Richmond Tigers in the AFLW, then the recent VFLW premiers, Port Melbourne, before being recruited to the Melbourne Demons. This will be her first season in the red and blue.
