The first father-daughter selection in Melbourne’s history, Georgia Campbell joined the Demons with pick No.41 in the 2021 AFLW Draft.
The 182cm ruck qualified to play for the Dees after her dad, Adrian, did so on two occasions in 1993.
At just 17 years of age, Campbell was one of the standout talls in the NAB League in 2021, averaging 20.9 hit-outs and 8.4 disposals for the Eastern Ranges.
Campbell played one game in season 7 but looks set for a standout season in 2023 as she poses as a threat up forward whilst improving her ruck craft.
Campbell has a background in cheerleading and has represented Victoria in high jump in 2018.
