LAST year’s winner of the AFLCA MVP Award sits back in top spot after a dominant performance in Round 10.

That man is Clayton Oliver, who had a career-high 45 disposals against the Kangaroos on Saturday night.

The 24-year-old’s outing included 22 contested possessions, 13 inside 50s, 11 clearances, six score involvements, six tackles and 621 metres gained.

Unsurprisingly, that stat line earned him 10 votes from the coaches, with a faultless display in Narrm’s 47-point victory.

Oliver is now averaging 34 disposals across the opening 10 matches of 2022, as well as career-high numbers for kicks, clearances, marks, inside 50s and score assists.

His close mate Christian Petracca is in equally as impressive form, earning six votes from the coaches last weekend to take him to third spot on the leaderboard.

Tom Sparrow also received six votes, while Tom McDonald (four votes) and Charlie Spargo (one vote) were the other Demons to be recognised for their efforts at Marvel Stadium.
