THE REMENISCING continues for Retro Rival Round as co-captain Nathan Jones takes a look through the record books.

Watch as Jones recounts his Top Five Retro Moments, brought to you by Zurich.

No.5 – Gary Moorcroft’s specky

There have been some epic marks in football history, and none greater than Gary Moorcroft’s, according to Jones.

The Bomber took flight against the Bulldogs in 2001 to claim a well-earned Mark of the Year award.

No.4 – Bruce Doull’s streaker

Jones is too young to remember this hilarious moment, but it makes him laugh every time he sees the replay.

Carlton’s Bruce Doull was met on the field by a streaker in 1982 – an incident that Jones hopes to never encounter in his playing career.

No.3 – Tony Lockett’s record

Jones grew up a big St Kilda fan, and had a soft spot for Tony Lockett when the Swan kicked his 1300th career goal.

In an iconic football moment, fans stormed the SCG to celebrate the record breaker, and greatest full forward of all time.

No.2 – Blind courage from Nick Riewoldt

The Saints theme continues in Jones’ countdown, as he appreciates one of the gutsiest marks taken on a footy field.

At full tilt, Nick Riewoldt went back with the flight against the Swans and clung onto an incredibly courageous mark.

No.1 – A Wonaeamirri-inspired comeback

After trailing by as much as 51 points in the third quarter, Melbourne stormed home against Fremantle in 2008 to pinch an epic victory – one Jones will never forget.

In a year where the club managed just three wins, this game was a special one, with newcomer Austin Wonaeamirri booting four goals to give his side the spark.
