This year shapes as a massive season for Morton after a disappointing 2011 when he struggled with form and injury. Suffered a ruptured flexor tendon in his left ring finger in February and never really got going. When he returned, Morton was tried in a variety of positions and his confidence slipped. He is tall for a midfielder and a good mark, and can be an impressive link player when the team is firing. The former No.4 draft pick needs to produce consistent results in 2012.
