MIDFIELDER Jordie McKenzie has accepted a $900 sanction for making negligent contact with field umpire Jeff Dalgleish during the first quarter of Sunday’s 11-point loss to Fremantle at Subiaco Oval.

But he took an early plea, which reduced the sanction by 25 per cent to a $900 sanction.

McKenzie impressed with 21 touches against Fremantle in round 16 and will be eligible to play against Sydney Swans at the MCG on Sunday.
