Ball movement coach Mark Williams speaks exclusively to melbournefc.com.au in the second of a nine-part series about how the Melbourne players are tracking this pre-season

Robert Campbell (rookie)
Robbie played for Box Hill Hawks in 2010, after being a Hawthorn premiership player in 2008. He’s a very experienced ruckman, and we needed some back up for our younger brigade. We need Robbie to keep his body right, because he can be a great asset for our younger ruckmen. His knowledge and coaching will help enormously. We know he’ll prepare and take his opportunities when they arise.

Lucas Cook
Lucas was our first pick in the November AFL Draft. He needs to put on some size and develop some power in his body. He is an outstanding kick and we’ll be looking for him to work hard for the rest of the summer. He needs to adjust to the rigours of AFL training, so he can give himself the best chance to play in the seniors in 2011.

Aaron Davey
Aaron has been in the rehab group. He just needs to keep building on the past two seasons he has had. His best-and-fairest winning year in 2009 and last season were very good. We need him to step up again with his leadership - he has already been fantastic in the way he leads through his actions and his efforts. He needs to keep preparing himself, so the team can benefit from his leadership.

Troy Davis
Troy has got a big frame on him already, but he still needs to adjust to the training loads and routine. He also needs to continue his education, in terms of which position he ends up playing. Troy could end up playing a variety of roles in the backline - either on talls, mid-sized players or smalls. He is a genuine competitor and strong for his age.

Lynden Dunn
Lynden had a fine 2010, particularly in the second half of last season. This allowed him to enter this pre-season with great confidence. He needs to keep being single-minded and focused on his preparation and the job at hand. Lynden can be a genuine weapon for us, due to his size and football ability. He really can benefit the team in 2011. He has been training very well.
