Demon Heartland

For just $50, you can sponsor 10 children to attend their first Demons game in 2010.

Going to the footy is a rite of passage for every child, and with your help we can provide this opportunity to kids who otherwise may not get to enjoy a day out at the MCG.  Our club has the lowest junior supporter base of any AFL team, so your contribution will also help to secure our future.

In 2009, the Demon Heartland provided tickets to children through 43 schools, community groups and local sporting clubs.  You can help us to expand this program even further.

How it works
- Each donation of $50 will ensure that 10 children will attend a game of football in 2010
- A dedicated ‘Community Bay’ behind the goals on Level 1, Great Southern Stand, will be created for all MCG home games
- The Club will allocate tickets to children via our Community Partners, schools and friends in
the City of Casey and all around Melbourne
- Children in attendance will receive Demons merchandise to help them get involved
- At each game, Ronald Deeman and injured players will visit the Community Bay
- Everyone who purchases a Demon Heartland package will receive a Certificate of Appreciation.

Filling the Bay – Group Ticketing Program
The Melbourne Football Club receives many requests to assist with ticketing from a wide range of community groups including schools, junior football clubs, youth and church groups and formal organisations supporting specific disadvantaged or disability groups.  Our Demon Heartland Community Bay is specifically designed to accommodate such requests.  Through the generosity of our loyal members and supporters, we have a limited number of ‘sponsored’ tickets available for each home game at the MCG.

If your community group is interested in attending a Melbourne Football Club home game in our Demon Heartland Community Bay, please complete the attached application form and submit to the Club.  Tickets are free of charge and a limited number of tickets are available each week.
