A late selection in the 2008 NAB AFL Draft, Bail made one senior appearance in 2009 but it was less-than-memorable. Having been promoted for the round 19 clash against North Melbourne, the young on-baller injured his quad in the pre-game warm-up and lasted only a few minutes into the game. The injury ended his season but the former Queenslander had shown good form in the VFL and should get more opportunities this season.
